At the Resilience Center, great importance is placed on supervision — professional meetings where specialists can discuss complex cases, receive peer support, and gain guidance from invited experts.
Such sessions help to:
✅ improve the quality of support provided to clients;
✅ foster professional growth and refine individual approaches to work;
✅ prevent emotional exhaustion and burnout;
✅ receive ethical guidance in challenging situations.
Supervisions at the Center are held regularly — both internally and with the involvement of external experts.
In August alone, three supervision sessions were conducted by the NGO “Social Synergy” within the project “Minimum Package of Integrated Social Services for Families with Children,” implemented by UNICEF Ukraine with the support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through the German Development Bank (KfW).
The project is carried out in partnership with the Ukrainian Child Rights Network, SOS Children’s Villages Ukraine, NGO “Social Synergy,” and the Ukrainian Educational Platform.
At the Center, we believe that specialists who are supported are better able to support others.
