Despite the war and destruction, new life continues to be born in Ukraine. Sadly, it is not uncommon for mothers to give birth in bomb shelters, basements, metro stations, during evacuations, and even under shelling. Hundreds of destroyed hospitals and pharmacies, bombed stores and food warehouses, and disrupted supplies of baby products from abroad have all led to a shortage of specialized goods for new mothers. Today, postpartum women and their newborns need special care and support more than ever.
Our BGV Charity Fund, in cooperation with German partners — dm-drogerie markt and #WeAreAllUkrainians — and with the support of Biosphere Corporation and Nova Poshta, has implemented a charitable project in Ukraine to support families with newborns.
Within the first two waves of the project, we collected and delivered 20,000 baby kits containing essential items, with a total value of over 2 million euros. All these kits were delivered free of charge to families with newborns across Ukraine by our logistics partner Nova Poshta.
On January 30, our BGV Charity Fund and partners announced the launch of the third wave of the project. As part of this phase, an additional 10,000 aid kits worth over 1 million euros will be sent to families with newborns across the country.

A kit can be received by the mother or father of a newborn child from any region or settlement in Ukraine (*except temporarily occupied territories). The child’s age at the time of application must be from 0 to 2 months, as the products in our kit are designed specifically for children of this age group. Our Fund provides assistance by sending one kit per newborn. Therefore, for example, if your family has two or more newborns, you may apply to receive a kit for each baby.
Receiving assistance is very simple. Fill out a short application form on our website, providing information about you and your child, your contact details, the shipping address for delivery via Nova Poshta, and attach photos or scans of the necessary documents — the child’s birth certificate, your ID card (both sides) or passport (first and second pages plus the page with registration), as well as your individual tax number (ITN).
After submitting the online form on our website, please be sure to confirm your application. A special confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. To confirm your application, open your email inbox, find the message from BGV Charity Fund (check your Spam folder if you don’t see it), and click the link or the confirmation button inside the email.
Without this verification, your application cannot be processed by our system. After confirmation, the system will generate your application number and send the details of your application to your email. Please save this number for any future inquiries.
We process applications within a few weeks. If all the information you provided is correct, we will automatically approve your application and send the kit to the Nova Poshta branch you specified. Otherwise, we will contact you via email to clarify the information.
