The Resilience Center has successfully concluded another cycle of the “Parenting Without Stress” program. This course provided participants with a safe space to honestly evaluate their upbringing methods and reframe their relationships with their children. The program combined solid theoretical foundations with practical interactive exercises, equipping parents with new tools to navigate daily challenges.
The organizers turned the final session into a heartwarming shared experience: a joint photoshoot for parents and children. This format allowed participants to practice and reinforce skills of closeness, play, and direct contact through genuine embraces and positive emotions. Every captured moment became a living story of trust, security, and unconditional family love.
Viktoriia, one of the course participants from Zhytomyr, shared her feedback:
“I completed the ‘Parenting Without Stress’ course at the Resilience Center. We had engaging interactive sessions backed by solid theory, alongside a wonderful group of like-minded people. We shared our experiences, analyzed various situations, and received helpful hand-outs for each topic. I am sincerely grateful to Ms. Olena and Ms. Myroslava for creating such a warm, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this course not only to parents but also to anyone considering parenthood.”
The organizers congratulated the graduates on their successful completion of the course and presented them with certificates. The Center emphasizes that systematically caring for one’s mental well-being and consciously improving relationships with children is a sign of true inner strength. Recruitment for upcoming programs is ongoing; follow the Center’s updates to join future educational initiatives.
