Resilience Center’s final session for military recovery group

The Resilience Center hosted the final session of a recovery group for service members, dedicated to the challenges of psychological readaptation. Guided by psychologists Liliia Sokoliuk and Kateryna Kyriienko, participants journeyed from overcoming internal tension to achieving emotional stability. The program was designed as a comprehensive blend of classic training sessions and active rehabilitation methods.

The specialists’ holistic approach included body-oriented practices, art therapy, and elements of active recreation, such as ATV driving, Bocce games, and canine therapy. This synergy of methods allowed participants not only to master self-regulation techniques and reduce anxiety levels but also to rebuild trust-based communication skills within a safe environment.

The successful outcome of the course is reflected in the participants’ readiness to return to active life and a significant improvement in their emotional well-being. The Resilience Center team expresses deep gratitude to every defender for their trust and to all partners who contributed to making this recovery process multifaceted and effective.
