On October 28, the world celebrates Grandparents’ Day — a holiday of care, warmth, and gratitude. To mark the occasion, the Resilience Center hosted an art therapy session for elderly caregivers, organized in partnership with the “Grow in a Family” Charitable Foundation.
Participants explored the effects of natural aromas, learned how scents influence emotional well-being, and created their own fragrant sachets using herbs and essential oils. Each person chose a scent that became a personal symbol of calm and care.
The Center’s space was filled with quietness and gratitude — the very atmosphere our grandparents so often give to us. The gathering served as a reminder of the importance of attention and support for older people.
