A team is more than just a group of people working side by side. It is a space where everyone feels the value of their contribution and the support of others. In exactly such an atmosphere, students of the Zhytomyr Basic Pharmaceutical Professional College took part in the training session “Fundamentals of Teamwork,” conducted by specialists from the Resilience Center.

Participants completed exercises focused on trust, active listening, and collaboration — the very skills that build an effective team. Special attention was given to psychological safety, as highlighted by Google’s Project Aristotle research, which identifies it as the key factor in high-performing teams.

The knowledge and experience gained will serve as a strong foundation for the students’ future professional careers, because strong teams create strong results.
