Emotional relief for families of law enforcement officers

In today’s realities, emotional relief has become more important than ever, especially for those who face daily challenges — our police officers and their families.

During the event for families of law enforcement officers, specialists from the Center for Resilience shared techniques for effective communication with one’s inner world and methods for emotional unloading.

Participants received valuable tools for stabilizing their emotional state and learned how to transform negative experiences into resourceful thinking. Using metaphorical associative cards and art therapy methods, they discovered new ways to understand their emotions and felt support and understanding within a circle of like-minded people.

The training group was led by the Head of the Center for Resilience, Liliya Sokolyuk, and psychologist Kateryna Kiriyenko. Together, they created a space for emotional recovery and gave participants the opportunity to once again feel inner calm.

Such meetings remind us that we don’t have to face difficulties alone. Everyone deserves support, understanding, and time for themselves. At the Center for Resilience, we help find internal resources to cope with stress and maintain resilience in the toughest moments.
