We passed the mark of 200 humanitarian aid trucks: BGV Charity Fund’s May results

During the three months of the war, the BGV Charity Fund’s team hit the mark of 200 humanitarian aid trucks delivered to Ukraine.

To be precise, it has been 212 trucks with humanitarian cargo: 240 tons of essentials, medicines, bottles of drinking water, baby food, personal hygiene products, clothing, pet food, and more! The commercial value of humanitarian goods brought to Ukraine by the BGV Charity Fund is over UAH 189 million.

We delivered this humanitarian cargo to 16 Ukrainian regions: Kyiv, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, and Chernihiv regions.

The fund has already allocated 5.3 million hryvnias to deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine and purchase food and non-food items as part of the supply of humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians.

At the end of May, more than 150 institutions and organizations received humanitarian aid delivered by the BGV Charity Fund from Europe at the end of May. These are medical institutions, local governments, public administrations, utilities, territorial defense, military bases, police, the National Guard, and partner charities and NGOs, helping us deliver aid directly to those who need it.

The BGV Charity Fund would like to thank all the donors who help with goods and products and responsible businesses from Ukraine and Europe. The fund cooperates with companies in Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland, and Romania, including market leaders such as Rossmann, Lidl, and Billa. We aren’t slowing down! We call on the entire world community to support Ukraine.
