Children suffer the most from war. They are not fully aware or do not fully understand what is happening around them. The war deprives them of homes, friends, and carefree childhood, leaving them without school and the opportunity to get an education, learn new things and gain the necessary experience. The horrors of this terrible war have forced millions of Ukrainian children to flee to safety, leaving behind everything they knew and had.
Together with the Czech Foundation Children of Ukraine we have launched a joint initiative, which aims to raise funds to help the children of Ukraine affected by the war. Guests and visitors of Prague (The Czech Republic) can have a drawing or a postcard as a gift from Ukrainian children and make a charitable donation to the account of the Czech Foundation. Visitors of the unique charity kiosk in the center of Prague can also buy a gift from a souvenir collection, which our foundation developed based on children’s drawings as part of a charity project.
Part of the funds raised will go to refugee children from Ukraine temporarily residing in the Czech Republic. We will donate the rest to purchase and deliver food, medicines, and hygiene products to children who are in Ukraine.
We’ll be grateful to you for your charity participation. In these difficult and dark times for Ukrainians, it is impossible to sit idle. Let us be united in our kindness and support.

The Children of Ukraine Charity Foundation is a Czech charitable foundation focused on the upbringing and education of Ukrainian children under the age of 17 who had to leave their homeland because of the war, an attack by a Russian aggressor. Assistance is provided with the support of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic, and volunteers from both the Czech Republic and abroad.
The BGV Charity Fund was established by representatives of Ukrainian businesses to help Ukraine during the war and rebuild the country after the victory. The Foundation is engaged in searching, procuring, providing legal support, and organizing the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine for those in need, including assistance to children and cooperation with perinatal centers, maternity hospitals, and children’s hospitals to provide for the smallest patients.
