BGV Charity Fund has launched the second phase of the “Light Up Your Future” project

BGV Charity Fund has launched the second phase of the “Light Up Your Future” project, aimed at supporting teenagers who have experienced forced displacement, the loss of friends, and disruption to their usual way of life. The initiative seeks to help young people find new sources of stability, rebuild confidence, and regain a sense of direction.

The program combines academic support with psychological assistance. In the educational component, participants strengthen their knowledge in core subjects — mathematics, history, geography, Ukrainian, and English. Special emphasis is placed on STEM activities, which develop logical thinking and practical skills essential in today’s world.

Psychological support is a key pillar of the project. Working with professional counselors helps teenagers cope with stress, restore emotional balance, and build resilience in adapting to new circumstances.

The project is implemented by BGV Charity Fund with the support of Askold and Dir Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia within the framework of the initiative “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – a Driver of Reforms and Democracy,” funded by the governments of Norway and Sweden.

The project’s goal is to create an environment where knowledge becomes a source of confidence, and support empowers teenagers to build new plans and see their future with hope.
