The Resilience Center has launched a series of regular team meetings focused on professional support and preventing emotional burnout. The Head of the Center, Liliia Sokoliuk, introduced these sessions as a mandatory part of the workflow, recognizing that high-quality community aid is impossible without the internal stability and cohesion of the staff itself.
During the sessions, held in a safe and trusting atmosphere, psychologists and consultants shared challenging work cases and collaborated on finding effective solutions through peer experience. Participants also worked on creating personal reflection cards, which help them better understand their emotional resources and maintain a high level of professional expertise.
Strengthening internal team bonds directly impacts the quality of services provided to visitors. When the Center’s staff has a solid internal foundation, they are equipped to offer even more professional support to everyone seeking help during moments of crisis. The Resilience Center remains committed to being a space of safety and sincere assistance for the entire community.
