Resilience Center: community members trained in first psychological aid skills

The Resilience Center hosted a series of workshops for local residents focused on the fundamentals of First Psychological Aid (FPA). Due to the high volume of interest from the community, the organizers held two separate sessions to ensure every participant could acquire essential knowledge and practice stabilization techniques in a supportive environment.

The training sessions covered the basic principles of providing support during crises, methods for reducing emotional tension, and state-stabilization techniques. Participants—including experienced professionals, students, and active community members—practiced exercises that are easy to apply in daily life for both self-help and supporting others.

These events highlight the significant public demand for mental health education and the shared desire to be a source of support for one another. The Resilience Center remains committed to empowering residents by providing training and fostering a resilient community capable of facing modern challenges together.
