As part of international cooperation, Tallinn City Government provided 30 generators and 10 diesel air heaters to communities in Zhytomyr region. BGV Charity Fund ensured the delivery of the equipment to Ukraine and its distribution among the communities, and additionally purchased 12 more generators to further strengthen the support.
All equipment was delivered to the distribution point in the city of Andrushivka and has already been handed over to the following communities: Ovruch, Andrushivka, Slovechne, Ruzhyn, Khoroshiv, Luhyny, Olevsk, Berezivka, Pulyny, Brusyliv, Chopovychi, Semenivka, Raihorodok, Horshky, Yarun, Dubrivka, Hryshkivtsi, Chervone, Vchorayshe, and Starosiltsi.
The project was initiated by Member of Parliament Arsenii Pushkarenko and implemented in cooperation with the Oleksandr Reveha Charity Foundation.
The provided equipment will help communities more effectively withstand periods of power outages and ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure facilities.
