A closed training session with psychologist Tetiana was held at the SviTy center, dedicated to the topic of self-harm. Participants discussed difficult emotions and learned to find healthy, constructive ways to cope with crisis situations. The main focus of the meeting was on developing self-support strategies and understanding how and when to seek help.
The teenagers shared their own experiences and practiced being attentive to the emotional well-being of those around them. To create an atmosphere of trust, each participant chose a toy in the Toy Therapy Room, which helped foster a sense of calm and acceptance while discussing this sensitive subject.
Such initiatives help young people navigate internal challenges and build healthier coping patterns and behaviors.
