A practical session with a psychologist took place at the SviTy space, aimed at reducing stress and finding inner calm. At the beginning of the meeting, each participant chose a soft toy — this therapeutic element helped teenagers feel safer and more comfortable sharing their emotions.
The training program combined different relaxation methods: deep meditation accompanied by soothing music and a creative experiment — painting with eyes closed. This technique allowed the teens to focus on their inner sensations, release anxiety, and express creativity through color and form without visual limitations.
For young people who face the challenges of war every day, such practices are an effective tool for restoring emotional balance. By combining art therapy and meditation, teenagers learn to better understand their body’s signals and find internal resources to strengthen their resilience and inner strength.
