On December 16, Anna Anikina, Project Manager at BGV Charity Fund, took part in the forum “Win-Win: From Dialogue to Strategic Partnership,” organized by @ukredplatform in Dnipro. The event brought together representatives of business, civil society, and government institutions to discuss sustainable partnership models and responsible business practices.
During the panel discussion “Responsible Business and Cross-Sector Cooperation,” Anna shared BGV’s experience in the field of mental health, focusing on how collaboration between business, government, NGOs, and local communities enables the creation of effective and scalable support models.
In particular, her presentation highlighted:
🔹 The “SviTy” Teen Space in Zhytomyr — implemented in partnership with Kids of Ukraine, as an example of effective cooperation between business and the civil sector.
🔹 The Resilience Center in Zhytomyr — operating within the framework of the national program “How Are You?”, demonstrating a partnership model between business, community, and the state.
Anna emphasized that supporting mental health during wartime requires a comprehensive approach, clear role distribution, and mutual trust between sectors.
Special attention was also given to the challenges of cross-sector cooperation — including differing approaches, timelines, and expectations among partners. However, transparent communication and a shared purpose make it possible to achieve sustainable results.
The forum became an important platform for exchanging experience and building new strategic partnerships with long-term social impact.
We thank the organizers for the opportunity to speak about partnerships that truly work.
