As part of the regional support program for social workers, the Zhytomyr region has received another boost — BGV Charity Fund has donated new motor scooters to the Berdychiv district.

This transport is a practical tool that significantly increases the efficiency of social workers in the region. Until recently, many of them had to cover long distances on foot or by bicycle, which made it difficult to respond promptly to the needs of people requiring assistance.

The motor scooters were delivered to:

• The Center for Social Services of the Andrushivka City Council

• The Center for Social Services of the Vchorayshe Village Council

• The Center for Social Services of the Hryshkivtsi Settlement Council

• The Center for Social Services of the Raihorodok Village Council

• The Center for Social Services of the Ruzhyn Settlement Council

• The Semenivka Territorial Community

• The Center for Social Services of the Chervone Settlement Council

The provided equipment will enable social workers to visit families more efficiently, deliver assistance, and respond more quickly to the needs of elderly people and persons with disabilities.
