The Resilience Center runs a psychological recovery group for servicemen, and we know well that rehabilitation goes beyond the walls of an office. It happens where there is movement, new experiences, and emotions that restore a sense of being alive.
This time, seven servicemen took part in an ATV ride organized especially for them. The adrenaline, speed, and fresh air became not only an exciting activity, but also an effective way to reduce stress and tension.
The ride stimulated the production of “happiness hormones,” improved coordination and concentration, and provided a sense of control — an important factor in overcoming anxiety.
The Resilience Center team thanks the servicemen for their trust. You are a true example of resilience and strength.
