A new Teen Club has started at the Resilience Center for young people aged 12–16.
The first meeting focused on emotions, feelings, and mood — how they differ, how they’re connected, and why it’s important to recognize what we truly experience.
Participants shared personal stories, reflected on real-life situations, took part in interactive exercises, and created their own “Bank of Emotions.” One of the highlights was the “Guest from the Mood” exercise, which encouraged teens to listen to themselves more carefully and identify their emotional state.
In the coming weeks, participants will explore new topics, take part in creative workshops, and continue their journey of self-discovery and emotional awareness. 💛
