“How Are You?” — a Training on Burnout Prevention Held at the Resilience Center

“How are you?” — a simple question that rarely gets asked in the fast pace of everyday work.
To pause and honestly answer it — to oneself and to colleagues — was the purpose of a recent training held at the Resilience Center for specialists from the Vocational Education and Training Methodological Office of Zhytomyr region.

The session, titled “Prevention of Professional Burnout: Practical Tools for Self-Care”, focused on fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and the importance of maintaining personal balance while working with people. Participants learned to recognize signs of overload, identify their inner resources, and practice self-support techniques.

Because effective work with others always begins with care for one’s own well-being. 💛

A pleasant highlight of the event was the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to Liliia Sokoliuk, Head of the Resilience Center, for her professionalism and fairness while evaluating student social video projects on the role of mental health in society.
This recognition once again confirms that the expertise of our team is valued far beyond the Center itself.
