Caring for those who care: training sessions for medical workers

Medical workers often put their emotions “on hold.” But everyone has limits. That’s why specialists from the Resilience Center held training sessions for the staff of Clinic No. 10 and the administration of the Primary Health Care Center on the topic: “Restoring psycho-emotional well-being. Building resilience.”

We discussed how to recognize burnout early, find inner strength amid constant stress, and why self-care is a necessity in such a demanding profession.

Participants were open and eager to learn how not to ignore their own needs while supporting others.
