On the eve of Easter, specialists from the Resilience Center, in partnership with Life Center, held an art therapy workshop for expecting and new mothers.
Together with psychologists and art therapists, participants created protective candles — symbols of family warmth, inner strength, and emotional stability.
Each scent, color, and shape held special meaning. The process itself became a space for self-care, heartfelt conversations, warm memories, and a sense of safety.
These gatherings offer the kind of support deeply valued by women during pregnancy and at the start of their journey into motherhood.
