Training for operators and dispatchers of the “102” Service of the Main Department of the National Police

Specialists from the Resilience Center conducted a training session for operators and dispatchers of the “102” service at the Main Department of the National Police on the topic:
“Aggressive Behavior: Case Analysis and Algorithm Review.”

During the session, participants, together with the Center’s experts:

  • analyzed typical communication scenarios with aggressive callers;

  • examined emotional reactions arising during interactions;

  • developed strategies for stabilizing conversations;

  • refined response algorithms for critical situations.

These trainings are not only educational but also provide a space for experience exchange, strengthening emotional self-regulation skills, and supporting professional resilience.

The Center’s psychologists support those who face daily challenges and stress, helping them maintain calm, confidence, and professionalism in the toughest circumstances.
