At the Veteran’s House Civic Union, in cooperation with the Zhytomyr Regional Department of the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, a roundtable was held focusing on the provision of assistive rehabilitation devices for Ukraine’s defenders.
Together with veterans, volunteers, social workers, rehabilitation specialists, prosthetists, psychologists, and representatives of state institutions and civil society organizations, participants discussed comprehensive support for those returning to civilian life.
Programs of psychosocial assistance provided by the Resilience Center for service members, veterans, and their families were presented.
Key mechanisms of cooperation were explored to ensure effective rehabilitation and social reintegration of veterans.
Positive feedback was received from partners and representatives of the National Social Service of Ukraine regarding the Center’s work.
Both organizers and participants expressed readiness for continued collaboration aimed at ensuring holistic support for veterans.
