How does a true team work? It’s not just a shared goal, but also trust, mutual support, and the ability to communicate effectively in any situation.
Specialists from the Resilience Center conducted a cohesion skills training for 35 service members. During the session, participants:
Practiced verbal and non-verbal communication skills, which are critically important during professional tasks.
Explored effective strategies for behavior in crisis situations.
Developed an action algorithm for interaction processes.
Built emotional resilience, self-confidence, and confidence in their decisions.
A cohesive team is a reliable backbone in any circumstance. We thank the service members for their trust!
