Yevhen Korinets is a man whose resilience and determination inspire millions of Ukrainians. A warrior, doctor, athlete, and ambassador of Ukraine, he embodies unwavering strength and an indomitable spirit in every role he takes on.
During a meeting with the head of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration and the acting chairman of the regional council, the BGV Charity Fund team had the honor of presenting Yevhen with a certificate for UAH 100,000. These funds will support his further development in sports, particularly in advancing invasive sports in Zhytomyr region.
In 2024, Yevhen, alongside the Ukrainian national Paralympic sitting volleyball team, won an international tournament in China and will represent Ukraine at the Paralympic Games in France. Now, he is preparing for the Invictus Games and developing a sports rehabilitation initiative for veterans.
His story is truly inspiring: in 2022, he voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. While saving his comrades in the Bakhmut sector, he sustained severe injuries. Despite undergoing amputation, Yevhen has proven that human willpower can overcome any obstacle.
We are honored to support Yevhen in his mission and are confident that heroes like him inspire not only themselves but countless others to achieve new victories.
Glory to Ukraine!
